We will explore different funds, investments, or private partnership investments under a variety of models. Overall, the goal is to create a partnership where together we can collectively accomplish more than we could accomplish on an individual basis. We have a core competency around certain investment types that we can tailor to specific approaches.

Lending

Aequitas maintains its own lending subsidiary, an asset it can utilize to partner with different parties on deals with which they may already be involved in or new deals.
