William C. McCormick

William C. McCormick is Senior Advisor and member of the Aequitas Advisory Board where he provides strategic counsel and guidance to the Aequitas executive team. He is also a member of the Aequitas Public Securities Investment Committee.

Mr. McCormick was Chairman and CEO of Precision Castparts Corp (PCP on NYSE) for 18 years and instrumental in growing the revenues from $140M to $3.2B during his tenure. Prior to PCP, he was at General Electric Company for 30 years, going from drafting trainee to Manufacturing General Manager of a $1B division. He also achieved the rank of Sgt. in the U.S. Army and subsequently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati.

He was named by the Business Journal as one of the top 20 business leaders during the period of 1985-2005.

Mr. McCormick currently holds a number of board positions for public and private companies as well as various Aequitas portfolio companies.  These positions include:

          Mr. McCormick serves on the Audit and Governance Committees of this public company

     •   Vice Chairman of UCA Holdings, an aerospace conglomerate that manufactures both airframe and engine components

     •   Director of CPP Industries, a supplier of cast aluminum and magnesium products into the aerospace market

     •   Director of WDC, an environmental, water, and mineral core driller

     •   OEG committee member of Blue Point Capital, a private equity firm

     •   Director of Indo-MIM, an Indian based company that is a world leader in the manufacture of metal injection molded parts (MIM)
          as well as recently moving into the machining of aerospace components and investment casting of commercial hardware

     •   Director and part owner of a platinum/palladium caster jewelry setting
