Edmund Jensen

Edmund Jensen is retired from his position as President and CEO of Visa International in San Francisco. Earlier, he was Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of US Bancorp in Portland. His work has given him broad experience on a national and international level. Mr. Jensen’s early career consisted of executive jobs in industrial companies and real estate development before his second career in financial services. He served in management roles at firms including Technicolor in Los Angeles and the large conglomerate National Industries in Louisville, where he oversaw three manufacturing companies. Mr. Jensen also has an extensive background in civic leadership.

Mr. Jensen earned a B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Washington and attended various executive programs including the Stanford Executive Program. Mr. Jensen grew up in Honolulu where, after university and military service, he worked for Dole in finance, marketing, production and planning with operations research techniques.
