Everyone’s heard of casual Friday. We take it a step further. With the input of our employees and executives, our charitable foundation turned casual Friday into a fun way to raise money for worthy causes. Five dollars lets you wear your most comfortable jeans all day Friday.

With other firms, something like “Jeans Day” is done simply to benefit employees, but we think a little kick-back attitude should put a foot in the right direction.
