Our doors are always open.

At Aequitas, we work to be part of the neighborhood and community, which is why we handle requests for donations and community events in our office. The first Thursday of each month, we invite a charity from our community to present to our executive team. We stop what we’re doing, gather in a huge conference room, and listen intently. We may not always choose to invest in the charity, but we make sure they do not leave empty handed. We write them a check for $250 on the spot.

It may seem odd to stop what we’re doing and open our office to presentations from charities, but then again, we’re not the typical financial firm.
