To us, this means more than compassion. To enact change, you must first act. It’s about getting things done, and we don’t shy away from action. We roll up our sleeves and jump right in. You’ll see our team out on the streets running for cancer support events, at Goodwill donating clothing, and at the local food bank or homeless shelter serving meals.

Minds

We’ve been blessed with decades of invaluable experience, and we use that experience to help those in need. Our people offer up their talents to support nonprofits. We help them address strategic, operational and financial challenges so they can help more people and communities in need. Some of the ways we accomplish this are through nonprofit board service and skill-specific volunteering.

Profits

In business, we are fortunate. Hard work and perseverance rarely produce anything short of greatness. When our action and guidance reach their limits, we gladly open our wallets. At the end of the day, the things that have allowed us to succeed are our friends, our neighbors and our community. We never forget that.
